Each day on safari a different magical adventure unfolds… Enjoy each moment!

Awake to the Africa Dawn with a steaming cup of coffee / tea and a light snack before setting off into the bush in an open 4 x 4 vehicle with your professional guide and tracker.  Take a warm jacket / sweater depending on the season. Winter mornings and evenings can be cold. Remember to take your camera and binoculars
06h00 – 09h00
Witness the African Bush awakening to a new day as the sun rises and the early morning mist lifts, giving you an opportunity to view the abundance of wildlife at close proximity. Search for the Big 5 – lion, leopard, elephant, rhino, buffalo. Witness the predators returning from the hunt, graceful giraffe feeding from the tall branches, plains game grazing, hippo wallowing in the waterholes and birdlife contributing to the magic of the bush with their beautiful birdsongs. Enjoy a mid-way coffee, tea and snack break in the bush, an opportunity to stretch, chat to the guide / tracker and mingle with other guests.

Return to the lodge for a hearty breakfast or a surprise Breakfast in the bush

Chill out time…..your personal butler or safari lodge staff are at your service. Relax and unwind at the pool or under a shady tree as you listen to the birds and watch nature go about it’s daily business. For the more energetic, an adrenalin pumping guided game walk can be arranged.

With the blushing African sky, it is time for a sunset game drive. In the cool of the evening, wildlife rouse from their lazy afternoon, the bush comes to life again; predators begin to hunt, elephant drink and bathe in the waterholes, jackal and hyena scour the bush for a meal as impala jump gracefully through the plains. Experience the strange sights, sounds and smells that are unique to the African Bush.
Savour the sunset with some drinks and snacks at a panoramic viewpoint. Marvel at the vast open clear sky with it’s Milky Way and millions of twinkling stars – try to find the Southern Cross. After sundowners your tracker will scan the bush with his spotlight for the illusive nocturnal animals.

Return to the lodge for a welcome shower and afterwards an evening of Bush Stories and a delicious dinner in the lantern-lit dining room or around a crackling fire in the boma under the stars. Raise your glass to an exciting adventure in Africa.  Drift off to sleep to the music of the bush!
